Hi, I’m Amit!
My personal life and corporate experience of 31 years in business leadership and talent development has been full of experiential learning. I have experienced my share of success and failures. By staying curious, seeking help and support, extensive research, inner work and applying the education, I have been able to enjoy and draw fulfilment and joy in this roller-coaster ride! My discoveries, application of new learnings on self and several large organizations have given me sufficient evidence and confidence to offer life-changing learning journey and talent development programs.
My primary mission is to encourage leaders to make purpose-driven decisions, dealing with real-life business scenarios and personal challenges.
I believe in the concepts of learner autonomy, contextually curated content, and learning reinforcement, and I hope you see a good reason to follow them too.

A glimpse of my commitments:
- Travelling 10 days in a quarter to tier II and tier III cities to promote learning by connecting with students and entrepreneurs to discover their strengths and trigger employment opportunities.
- Donating learning enabling tools for the underprivileged. These tools include laptops, tablets, projectors, A/V equipment and stationery.
- Actively supporting and promoting the cause of organ donation by triggering awareness of the noble work of igiftlife
